Calcium Sulfonate Complex Grease 749 Series

Description
CAPA® calcium sulfonate complex grease 749 series is made of high-quality refined base oil thickened by complex soap, and added with various additives such as anti-corrosion, anti-rust, anti-wear and anti-oxidation, and refined by special process.
Application

  • Lubrication of continuous casting machine crystal vibrator, sector section, tension leveler, cutting machine and cooling bed equipment in the metallurgical industry.

  • For harsh lubrication occasions with water, high temperature or other contamination involved

  • Working temperature: -20°C~200°C

  • Excellent water resistance, can ensure the bearing been effectively protected even in the case of a lot of water wash

  • High temperature resistance, meet the lubricating and sealing requirements of high temperature parts

Storage

This product should not be stored in an environment exceeding 60°C or in extreme cold, should not be exposed to strong light. It needs to be stored in a cool and dry place, and always keep the container/bucket closed to prevent water from entering, so as to avoid product deterioration. Refer to the Product Safety Data Sheet for information on safe product handling.
