Established in 2015, Jiangsu Aorun Advanced Material Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and marketing of lubricant additives. Our core products include detergents, dispersants, antioxidants, anti-wear agents, viscosity index improvers, additive packages, and calcium sulfonate-based greases. Currently, Aorun’s products are exported to over 10 countries, including the United States, India, UAE, Mexico, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Nigeria, establishing long-term partnerships with domestic and international clients.
Comprehensive Strategic Layout, Building a Solid Foundation
In 2021, Aorun’s 200-acre production base in Dingyuan Chemical Park commenced operations. The 30,000-ton annual capacity sulfonate workshop features advanced equipment and refined processes, delivering stable, high-quality sulfonate products while offering customized solutions.
The 8,000-ton annual capacity grease workshop houses 5 intelligent production lines and 3 fully automated filling lines. Through a dual-driven model of "self-supplied sulfonate raw materials + innovative processes," it provides customers with stable-quality, cost-effective calcium sulfonate complex greases.
The 2,000+ sqm state-of-art quality control and R&D laboratory is equipped with precision instruments such as ICP-OES, grease dynamic rust testers, gas chromatographs, and infrared spectrometers. Testing data is regularly benchmarked against ASTM standards, ensuring a robust quality control and product development system.
2025: A Pivotal Year for Product Diversification and Additive Package Growth
Capacity Expansion: By 2025, Aorun will launch new production lines for phenates, ZDDP (zinc dialkyldithiophosphate), dispersants, and additive packages, offering more comprehensive and high-quality solutions.
Nanjing Technology Center: In June 2025, a 2,000+ sqm Nanjing Technology Center will commence operations, focusing on licensable additive packages and components development. This center will significantly enhance Aorun’s capabilities in P&C analysis, synthetic testing, tribology testing, bench testing, and engine testing.
